THE VAN IS BACK
DataWeekender is a free online conference for the Microsoft Data Platform community. At 9am Central European Summer Time (CEST) on October 17th, the van is going to roll into town for only the second time! You can sign up for the event here.
A NEW FORMAT
The first event, which took place earlier this year, was jam packed full of great content, this time round they have made some changes to the format by introducing lightning talks.
This time around at #DataWeekender we also have lightning talks! You can submit a full session (60 minutes) or 10 minute lightning talk. Lightning talks are also fun, a really interesting way to present a topic. Great for newer speakers and old hands! https://t.co/oTGYZsDWZp— #DataWeekender (@DataWeekender) August 26, 2020
LOTS OF CHOICE
There’s a wide variety of content to choose from and a great list of speakers. Alongside your regular choice of technical talks, a few stood out that cover personal development with Andy Lun walking you through preparing for your first talk and Chris Unwin discussing personal wellbeing. There will be a total of 60 talks on the day, you can see the full schedule here.
The organisers have done a great job preparing this event. I’ll be helping on the day, see you there!
Don’t forget to sign up!
